- When I Find Research I Cannot Get to the Paper/Research I Want?
When research is protected by copyright from a publisher, WTR links to the publishers' page for that paper. Where users have an agreement with that publisher for direct access to research journals, links to research will generally provide direct access to specific papers. Where they don’t they will link to pages where research access can be purchased. If this doesn’t seem to be the issue then it may be that out of date links have not been updated. Please notify the website manager at .
