Abstract
In attempting to develop a quantitative technique for evaluating employer-based transportation demand management programs, this paper examines data from employers in Arizona's Eastern Pima County, and develops a methodology based on the application of discriminate analysis. The results of this statistical technique suggest that similar methodologies can be employed to develop regionally reliable models. Within a certain level of confidence, these evaluation techniques can determine the possible result of a particular program.
