Abstract
This digest summarizes the mission performed May 9-23, 2008, under TCRP Project J-03, "International Transit Studies Program." The mission investigated public transportation's role in addressing global climate change in the following cities: Dublin, Ireland; Munich, Germany; Freiburg, Germany; Milan, Italy; and Bilbao, Spain. It is based on individual reports provided by the mission team members.
